Yesterday i decided that i was going to dye my hair a different color then the normal goldish brown that i had so i decided to go with something totally different . I  picked a black with a tint of blue in it and i have to say that people luv it and i luv it alot . I have people that i know coming up to me and saying how  amazing i look and how it fits me , so then next thing that i want to do is get a percing but i cant decided between a Lip Percing or a Monroe percing.

AHHH i dont know what to do !!
